Flower Ordering & Customisation
How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order directly through our website. Simply select your preferred bouquet, choose your delivery date and time slot, and we will take care of the rest — ensuring a seamless flower delivery experience in Singapore.
Can I customize a bouquet?
Yes, absolutely. We welcome all customization requests.

How do I know what products are available?
All bouquets listed on our website are available unless otherwise stated.
If certain flowers become unavailable, Blanc Artisan will inform you in advance. You may choose to amend or cancel your order if the main flowers are affected.
Flower Delivery in Singapore
How does delivery work?
All orders include free islandwide flower delivery in Singapore for the following time slots:
A. 10am – 2pm
B. 1pm – 5pm
C. 4pm – 8pm
** A flat fee of $15 applies for specific delivery timing requests.
We provide reliable same-day and scheduled bouquet delivery across Singapore.
Excluded delivery locations
– Commercial airports (subject to availability, +$10)
– Military and defense facilities
– Police & SCDF stations
– Offshore islands including Sentosa
– Shipyards and seaports
– Parliament House, IRAS
– Prisons and immigration checkpoints
– Senoko Incineration Plant
Delivery Issues & Re-delivery
What happens if delivery is unsuccessful?
If the recipient is unavailable, the bouquet may be left at the doorstep or concierge (if permitted). Photo proof may be provided.
However, the failed delivery might also happen due to the following reasons :
– Wrong delivery information has been given
– The recipient is not around and there’s no safe place to temporarily keep the item
– The recipient requests for delivery to another address
– The recipient is not contactable and there’s no access to the unit
– Recipient refuses to accept the order
Re-delivery is subject to availability and additional charges. Bouquets will only be held for up to 3 hours due to their perishable nature. All outstanding redelivery fees shall be paid in full before the redelivery can take place.
No refund applies for cancellations after failed delivery.
Order Changes & Cancellation Policy
Can I amend my order?
Changes must be requested at least 12 hours before dispatch time.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations made at least 36 hours before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
Later requests may receive a 50% refund as preparation may have started.
Dispatch time refers to one hour before the earliest delivery slot.
Product Quality & Accuracy
What if I receive the wrong item or message card?
Please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
What if the flowers are not fresh?
Place the bouquet in water and keep it in a cool environment after unwrapping.
If significant wilting occurs within 24 hours, contact us for a replacement.
Will the bouquet look exactly like the photo?
All bouquets are handcrafted by our florists. Slight variations are natural, but we guarantee correct flower types, quantities, and overall design consistency.
